Tips for indicator lights
- White light always on: booting normally
- Steady blue light: Bluetooth is connected
- Blinking purple light: enter voice mode
- Steady red light: out of paper/charging/printing mileage is 0mm
- Flashing red light: low battery, charge in time
Can other Apps connect to the printer for printing?
You can connect to print through the PeriPage App.
What should I do if the device Bluetooth cannot connect?

When connecting to PeriPage, you need to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone;

If the device cannot be found: For Android phones, please check whether the location (or positioning) permission is turned on in the phone settings and allow it to be turned on. For Apple phones, please check whether the Bluetooth permission of PeriPage App is allowed to be turned on in the phone settings and allow it to be turned on. If not allowed, you cannot search for Bluetooth devices and use them;

If the device can be found but cannot be connected, please check whether the PeriPage App is connected in the system-settings, disconnect and delete the connection in the settings, and return to the PeriPage App to connect again;

If the device is still found but cannot be connected, please restart the printer and mobile phone Bluetooth, and try to connect again in the App.
If none of the above is the case, please change your phone and try again.
How to turn on voice mode?
Shortly press the power button once, and when the power indicator light turns purple and flashes, the voice mode is turned on.
Say the year/month/date in 3 segments with an interval of 3 seconds to print the date.
Can I print in color?
Not supported at the moment; currently thermal technology only supports printing monochrome handwriting including blue, red, yellow, pink, etc. outside the gray scale; you need to purchase the corresponding thermal paper that can print monochrome.
What is mileage?
Every official consumable of the PeriPage voice label machine is printed with a mileage QR code.
Mileage is the value of the printable length of the voice label machine. It needs to be activated by scanning the code before use and the mileage is activated into the voice label machine.
What happens if the mileage is insufficient?
When the printer mileage is low, printing cannot continue even if there is paper in the printer paper bin. So every time before loading new consumables, you must remember to scan the code to activate your miles.
How to activate the mileage code?
After connecting the voice tag machine, click the [Mileage Activation] entry on the homepage.
Use the code scanning function to scan the mileage QR code on the consumable paper tray to complete activation.
Each mileage QR code can only be scanned and activated once.
How to check the remaining mileage?
Each time the voice tag machine is successfully connected, the current remaining mileage will be prompted on the connection interface. Or you can check the current remaining mileage on the device information page of the label machine.

When the QR code cannot be recognized or the QR code prompts that it is frozen, you can consult the seller who purchased the consumables to solve the problem.
