What is the reason when the printer indicator light turns orange?

a. When powering on, pressing the power button multiple times will enter debug mode, resulting in an orange light. You can exit by long-pressing the power button.

b. When upgrading the printer system (debug mode) through the app, the indicator light will turn orange.

Can other Apps connect to the printer for printing?

Other apps need to be technically compatible with the printer. We will work with them and release this function in the future.

Can I connect to a computer for printing?

Download and install the computer driver from the official website. After that, use it just like a normal printer.

Do I need an ink cartridge to print?

No. Peripage uses thermal printing technology. The print head heats the thermal paper coating dot by dot to create text or pictures.

What is the clarity of the printer?

We use Japanese high-quality thermal print heads. The resolution option is 304 dpi, which can meet the requirements of a normal reading distance (about 30 cm).

What are the applicable thermal paper specifications?

It is suitable for all thermal paper rolls with a width within 56 mm / 77 mm and a diameter within 30 mm.

Can I print in color?

No. PeriPage only supports single-color printing. You can buy mono-color thermal paper such as blue, red, yellow, or pink to get colored words.

Can I print thermal paper and label paper with adhesive backing?

Yes, it can be used for all kinds of paper rolls with a width within 56 mm / 77 mm and a diameter within 30 mm.

What does label smart identification mean?

The PeriPage uses emit-absorb IR sensors instead of a normal reflection sensor to capture the label gap more precisely, so it can learn and identify different label heights and provides easy operation.

Why can't my phone connect to the printer?

First, make sure the Bluetooth of your mobile phone is on. Second, make sure the printer is not connected to other Bluetooth devices. Finally, reboot after shutdown and try to connect again.

Why is there no content when the thermal paper is printed?

Generally, the paper is loaded upside down. Please reload the paper in the correct direction as shown in the manual.

Tips for indicator lights

• Green light on: fully charged / in normal use status.
• Red light on: charging in progress / paper shortage / print head overheating / lid opening.
• Red light flashing: low battery, may cause the printed text to be faint, please charge it in time.
• Orange light on: the printer has entered debugging mode. Press and hold the power button until it shuts down to exit debugging mode.
