What should I do if the device cannot search for nearby WiFi networks?

Make sure the device WiFi is turned on.
Confirm that the nearby wireless is 2.4G WiFi signal (the device does not support 5G WiFi signal).

What should I do if the scanning error rate is relatively high?

Ensure that the scanned content is flat and clearly visible.
Ensure that the alignment line of the dictionary pen scanning window is aligned with the center position of the font, and that the characters do not exceed the scanning window.

What should I do if the screen cannot be touched or other operations?

Please press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to reset and restart the device.

What should I do if the dictionary pen cannot be connected to a printer?

Ensure that the Bluetooth of the dictionary pen is turned on.
Ensure that the printer is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.
Please shut down and then restart the printer, and try searching for the connection again in the app.

Can the dictionary pen be connected to a Bluetooth headset?

Sure, please open Bluetooth in Settings to search for Bluetooth earphones and connect them.

Can the dictionary pen connect to the computer to import/export audio and other files?

Sure, connect the dictionary pen to the computer via the original USB cable and copy the audio files to the corresponding folder on the dictionary pen storage drive. You can also insert a TF card and copy files to the corresponding folder on the TF card.

Note

Apple computer connection is not supported.
Please do not delete the system's built-in files to avoid causing the dictionary pen to malfunction.

After the dictionary pen is connected to the computer via USB, what should I do if the folder cannot be found on [My Computer]?

Right click on 'My Computer' on the computer;
Select [Management];
Select 【Device Manager】;
Select 【Convenient Devices】 or 【Other Devices】;
Right click on [MTP] to open [Update Driver Program];
Select 'Browse My Computer to Find Drivers';
Select 'Let me choose from the list of available drivers on my computer';
Select 'MTP USB device' and click 'Next' to install successfully.
