What is the reason for the printer indicator light flashing?

1. Green light constantly on: Ready to print.
2. Green light breathing: Charging.
3. Green light flashing slowly (once per second): Out of paper / Overheating.
4. Green light flashing quickly (twice per second): Low battery, please charge promptly.

Can I connect to a computer for printing?

Yes, please go to the official website (www.ileadtek.com) to download and install the computer driver, and then you can print like an ordinary A4 printer.

Do I need an ink cartridge to print?

No need. The PeriPage printer uses thermal printing technology, which can print the desired pattern after heating the thermal printing paper in contact with the print head.

What is the clarity of the printer?

We use a high-quality original thermal print head, which can meet the requirements of a normal reading distance (about 30 cm).

Can I print in color patterns?

The color of the pattern is dependent on the pigment side of the tattoo paper (dark blue). Before printing the color pattern, you can also add the pattern to the app to line it up using the beautify section.

What should I do if the App cannot connect to the printer?

1. When connecting to the PeriPage printer, you need to turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone.
2. If the printer cannot be searched: For Android phones, please check whether the location (or positioning) permission is turned on in the phone settings, and allow it to be turned on. For Apple mobile phones, please check whether the Bluetooth permission of the PeriPage App is allowed to be opened in the mobile phone settings, and allow it to be opened. If not allowed, the Bluetooth device cannot be searched and used.
3. If you can search for the printer but cannot connect, please check whether the PeriPage App is connected in the system settings, disconnect and delete the connection in the settings, and return to the PeriPage App to connect.
4. If the printer is found but cannot be connected, please restart the printer and the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and try to connect again in the App.
5. If none of the above is true, please change the phone and try again.

What should I do if the print content is not clear?

1. Please turn off the printer, open the printer lid and take out the paper.
2. Dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab in medical alcohol, and wipe gently along the center to the periphery of the printer head.
3. After cleaning the printer head, do not use the printer immediately. Please wait for 1 to 2 minutes, and use the printer after the alcohol has completely evaporated.

Can I print my own tattoo template design?

Yes. You can upload your own tattoo stencil design directly in the PeriPage app or choose from the tattoo designs we offer.

Charging instructions

1. Please use a power adapter that has obtained safety certification; usually a mobile phone charger is fine.
2. Do not use the printer while charging, otherwise the battery life of the printer will be affected.
