How to install the ink cartridge

1. Push the warehouse door switch to OPEN.
2. Open the transparent compartment door.
3. Insert the ink cartridge in the direction shown in the following figure.
4. Close and pinch the transparent cabin door tightly, then push the door switch to LOCK.

Why can't I connect to the printer?

1. Check if all app permissions are enabled.
2. Check if the device is turned on or restarted after shutting down. And make sure to connect after the device is turned on.

What do the different colored lights on the printer mean?

After turning on the power button, the white light will turn on, indicating that the device has been turned on.

After pressing the print button, the green light will turn on, indicating that printing can begin.

After printing, the white light will turn on, indicating that the canvas content has been printed. You can click the print button again to continue printing.

How to operate the print?

1. After the device receives the data, click the print button and the green light will turn on to start printing.
2. After the green light comes on, swipe the device horizontally at a constant speed to print.

Why is the printed image deformed?

If the printing surface is too smooth or the printing speed is too fast when moving horizontally, it is easy to cause image distortion and other situations. It is recommended to install a printing bracket to assist printing when printing on smooth and non ink absorbing surfaces of ceramic tiles.

Why does the printer shut down automatically?

1. Not using the printer for too long resulted in automatic shutdown.
2. Low battery level, please charge in a timely manner.

How long does it take to fully charge the printer? How long can it be used?

The printer can be charged normally within 2 hours.

A fully charged printer can be used normally for about 48 hours. Continuous printing of dark colored images can take about 40 minutes.

How to check if there is ink in the ink cartridge?

When the printer's battery is normal but the printed image is not clear, it can be determined that the ink level is low.

How to restore the factory settings?

Press and hold the print button within 5 seconds of starting up until the white light flashes to restore the factory settings.

How many times can I print after transferring data once?

After data transmission, the device can print the same content infinitely, until the next time new printed content is received.

Why is the color of my printout wrong?

When the print head is exposed to air for a long time, it is easy to block some of the outlets due to ink drying. Therefore, please cover the lid promptly when not in use. When the printing color is incorrect, you can:

1. Moisturize the print head with air.
2. Press and hold the print button for 3 seconds to clean the print head.
3. Drop a drop of water at the nozzle and print about twice before it returns to normal.
