Quick answers to common issues

Many questions are solved in a minute with these tips.

Make sure the printer is charged and turned on, then re-pair it in the app. Keep your phone close and close other Bluetooth connections that may interfere.

Thermal paper has a printable side. Remove the roll, flip it, and reload it the right way around, then try a test print.

The PeriPage Printer App is free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Links are at the top and bottom of this page.

The app runs on iOS and Android. For desktop, an official Windows driver is available; there is currently no native Mac driver.
