Answers to the most common questions about the PeriPage Printer App.
It is the free companion app for PeriPage portable thermal printers. You connect your phone to the printer over Bluetooth and print photos, notes, lists, labels and web pages directly from the app.
Yes. The PeriPage Printer App is free on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. You only need a compatible PeriPage printer and thermal paper.
Turn on your PeriPage printer, open the app, and pair it over Bluetooth. Once connected, choose what you want to print, adjust it on screen and tap print.
PeriPage printers are thermal printers, so they print in black-and-white (monochrome). Print quality depends on the thermal paper you use.
The app runs on iOS and Android. For desktop printing, an official Windows driver is available. There is currently no native Mac driver.
Most issues are Bluetooth or paper related. Make sure the printer is charged and turned on, re-pair it in the app, check the paper is loaded the right way, and move your phone closer to the printer.
